I, like many people, love polka-dots. I have a handful of polka-dotted items in my closet and this blouse is one of my favorites. This blouse is a great way to do polka-dots if you’re not firmly on board with them (yet!). The gray-on-white make them subtle enough to be polka-dots without being hellooo polka-dots.

Remember back when Norma Kamali did a line for Walmart? This skirt cost me a whopping $15 back when I bought it years ago. And I love it. It’s really soft and stretchy, but by some miracle, camouflages the bumps that tend to happen to pencil skirts when you tuck something into it. It’s the perfect length for work and goes with absolutely everything. See? I’m wearing it with a tee-shirt and it’s polished enough for the office. My only regret about this skirt is that I didn’t buy it (or was it that Wally-world didn’t sell it?) in more colors.
